It is a condition of the liability insurance policy that you must seek advice from an Employment Law Specialist before any action is taken. Failure to do so may result in a claim not being covered. Employment issues encompass performance and competency concerns, disciplinary and misconduct matters, dismissals, and allegations of harassment.
