Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Gallagher Insurance New Zealand Ltd.​
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.​
3. To enter, participants must tag one other person in the comments.​
4. Entries close at 11.59pm Sunday 28 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.​
5. One entry per comment. Multiple entries are permitted.​
6. The prize consists of 1 entry to the Taupō Marathon 2026. Two tickets will be given away. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.​
7. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses. Winners are responsible for making their own way to and from Taupō.​
8. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted via direct message from Gallagher Insurance.​
9. If the winner cannot be contacted within two days, a new winner may be selected.​
10. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are available to participate in the event and meet any event entry requirements.​

12. By entering, participants agree to their name being used for promotional purposes if they win.
