Retirement Villages Association (RVA) conference quiz promotion

Terms and conditions

1.     The Promotion

1.1. The Quiz Promotion (the Promotion) runs from Tuesday 4 August 2026 to Wednesday 5 August 2026 ("Promotional Period") at the RVA Conference 2026 taking place in the New Zealand International Convention Centre, Auckland, New Zealand.

2.     Eligibility & Entry

2.1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents who attend the RVA Conference 2026.

2.2. Quiz questions will be issued during scheduled session breaks during the Promotional Period.

2.3. One entry to the promotion is permitted per participant per session break.

2.4. Participants may submit a new entry in each session break by answering the new quiz question.

2.5. Only entries containing the correct answer to the quiz questions will be entered into the Prize Draw.

2.6. Employees of Gallagher are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

3.     The Prize

3.1. The Prize is a gift card to the value of two tickets to the All-Blacks Experience.

3.2. Gallagher Insurance is not responsible for any additional costs associated with redeeming or attending the prize experience, including but not limited to travel & accommodation.

3.3. Use of the prize may be subject to any terms and conditions imposed by All Blacks Experience.

3.4. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or refundable.

4.     Winner Notification & Acceptance

4.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

4.2. The Prize Draw will be conducted by Gallagher during the scheduled afternoon break on Wednesday 5 August 2026.

4.3. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied.

4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, Gallagher may, at its discretion, redraw the Prize winner.

5.     General

5.1. Gallagher's decisions regarding the promotion, including determination of the winner, the Prize, and selection process, are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.2. Gallagher is not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed entries or communications.

5.3. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
