1.1. The promotion is a Spin the Wheel ‘game of chance’ competition where participants spin to either win, lose or spin again.

1.2. The promotion runs from 8:30am to 12:00pm Friday 4 September 2026 at the Flooring Xtra Conference 2026 taking place at the JW Marriot Hotel, Auckland, New Zealand. 

2.1. To enter the promotion, you must meet any entry criteria specified by Gallagher, and comply with these terms.

2.2. Participants may be permitted multiple spins, as determined by Gallagher at its discretion.

2.3. Employees of Gallagher are not eligible to participate in the promotion

3.1. Prizes are awarded in accordance with the outcome of the Spin the Wheel competition mechanic. 

3.2. The prize is not exchangeable cash or refundable. 

3.3. Prize winners are responsible for arranging and paying for all costs associated with the prize that are not explicitly stated by Gallagher at the time of entry. 

3.4. Gallagher may replace a prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of Gallagher's reasonable control. 

3.5. Where the prize is to be delivered to the winner, the prize must be delivered to a New Zealand address. 

4.1. The winner(s) are determined instantly based on the outcome of the Spin the Wheel mechanic at the time of participation. 

4.2. Gallagher reserves the right to make the final, binding decision in relation to all aspects of the “Spin the Wheel” mechanic, including but not limited to prize determination and outcomes. All decisions made by Gallagher are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
