1.1. ‘The Team Around Me’ Campaign (the Promotion) runs from Monday 14 September 2026 to Friday 23 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

2.     Eligibility & Entry

2.1. Entry is open to students aged 5 to 18 who are enrolled at a New Zealand school that is a current Gallagher Insurance client as determined by Gallagher’s records at the Promotion opening date.

2.2. Entries must be submitted by a parent, guardian, or teacher via email to sponsorships@ajg.co.nz during the Promotional Period.

2.3. By submitting an entry, the parent, guardian or teacher confirms they have the authority to submit the entry on behalf of the student, have obtained any necessary permissions, and consent to the student’s participation in the Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.4. One entry to the promotion is permitted per student.

2.5.  Employees of Gallagher, employees of any agencies or suppliers associated with the Promotion and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

3.     The Prize

3.1. The prize consists of:
(1)    a one (1) hour Skills and Drills session with up to three (3) Black Ferns for the winning student and their class, to be held at the winning school’s premises or other suitable facility on Friday 13 November 2026; and
(2)    one (1) signed and framed Black Ferns 2026 jersey for the winning school.

3.2. The Skills and Drills session will be delivered by a facilitator chosen by Gallagher and up to three (3) Black Ferns, subject to player availability.

3.3. The prize is not transferable to another date. Acceptance of the prize is subject to the winning school’s agreement and ability to host the Skills and Drills session on the nominated date.

3.4. The winning school is responsible for providing a suitable venue and ensuring all applicable health and safety requirements are met for the session.

3.5. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.

3.6. Gallagher reserves the right to substitute participants, amend the format of the prize, postpone or cancel the event, or provide an alternative prize of equal value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent delivery of the advertised prize.

4.     Winner Notification & Acceptance

4.1  One winner will be selected by a judging panel selected by Gallagher and entries will be judged on their creativity and demonstration of the competition theme “The Team Around Me”.

4.2  Gallagher will notify the winning school using the contact details provided in the entry or otherwise held by Gallagher by 5:00pm on Friday 30 October 2026.

4.3  If the winning school cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, of the first contact attempt, declines the prize or  is unable to accept or facilitate the prize, Gallagher may, select an alternative winner.

5.     General

5.1.  By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to Gallagher using submitted letters, in whole or in part, for promotional and marketing purposes.

5.2 Any photography, filming or publicity involving students will be subject to the relevant school, parent or guardian consents being obtained.

5.3 Gallagher may use photographs, video footage, excerpts from submitted letters, winner’s first name, school, and year level for promotional and marketing purposes.

5.4 Gallagher’s decisions regarding the Promotion, including determination of the winner and judging process, are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.5 Gallagher is not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed entries or communications.

5.6 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion and related promotional activities in accordance with Gallagher's Privacy Policy.

5.7 Gallagher is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or change to the Promotion or prize caused by events outside its reasonable control.

5.8 Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
