1.1. The Promotion runs from Tuesday 22 September 2026 to Friday 25 September 2026 (‘Promotional Period’) at the Super Liquor Conference 2026 taking place at Millbrook Resort, Queenstown, New Zealand. 

2.     Eligibility & Entry

2.1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents who attend the Super Liquor Conference 2026. 

2.2. There are two (2) ways to enter the draw to win within the promotional period:

2.2.1. Participants can submit their details via the QR code presented on a token handed out at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

2.2.2. Participants may also submit their contact details at the Gallagher trade stand at the conference.

2.3. Participants are eligible for a maximum of two entries, one per entry mechanism.

2.4. Employees of Gallagher are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 

3.     The Prize

3.1. The Prize is one (1) $400 House of Travel voucher.

3.2. There are two (2) prizes available, with two (2) winners at the end of the Promotional Period.

3.3. Gallagher Insurance is not responsible for any additional costs associated with redeeming the prize.

3.4. Use of the prize may be subject to any terms and conditions imposed by House of Travel.

3.5. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or refundable.  

4.     Winner Notification & Acceptance

4.1. Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

4.2. The Prize Draw will be conducted by Gallagher on Monday 28 September 2026.

4.3. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied.

4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days, Gallagher may, at its discretion, redraw the Prize winner.  

5.     General

5.1. Gallagher’s decisions regarding the promotion, including determination of the winner, the Prize, and selection process, are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.2. Gallagher is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed entries.

5.3. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
